Kevin Tanji
Kevin Tanji is our Chief Legal Officer. Prior to the spin-off of our product business, Xperi Inc., from our IP licensing business in 2022, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, IP of Xperi Holding Corporation (renamed Adeia Inc. at the time of the spin-off). He served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Legal Affairs of TiVo Corporation, the predecessor to Xperi Holding Corporation, prior to the merger with Xperi Corporation in 2020. Kevin joined the company in 2010 as Director, Commercial Legal Affairs of Rovi Corporation, the predecessor to Adeia Inc. before the merger with TiVo Corporation in 2016, and the merger of Xperi Corporation with TiVo Corporation. Before joining the company, he was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where his practice focused on corporate finance.
Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a B.S. degree in biology, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
