Keith Jones
Keith Jones is our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Adeia in 2022, Keith served as Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rambus where he was responsible for the company’s global finance organization, including financial management, planning, tax, treasury, controls, and reporting. Prior to that, Keith also served as Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance at Rambus. Prior to joining Rambus, Keith served as World-Wide Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance and the Principal Accounting Officer at ShoreTel Inc., prior to its acquisition by Mitel Networks Corporation. At ShoreTel, Keith oversaw the reporting, controls and treasury-related activities of the company. Before joining ShoreTel, Keith served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at PDF Solutions, Inc., overseeing the overall financial management of the company, including planning, tax, treasury, controls, reporting and M&A related activities. Prior to joining PDF Solutions, Keith served in senior leadership positions at Interwoven, Inc. and e-Time Capital, Inc. Keith started his career serving as an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Fresno. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.
