Christina Sawyer
Christina Sawyer is our Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Adeia in 2023, Christina served as Vice President of Integrated Operations at Electronic Arts where she was responsible for developing cross-functional operating models and processes. Prior to her role in Operations, Christina was Vice President of People Practices where she led a newly established global Human Resources (HR) team focused on improving the employee experience and scaling people operations. As Vice President Business Partner, she was responsible for the people strategy of the Mobile/Maxis/Bioware Studios, as well as delivery of HR programs and services.
Prior to rejoining Electronic Arts, Christina was a senior consultant at Lithium Technologies where she was responsible for Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. Before joining Lithium Technologies, Christina held various executive roles at ngmoco:) / DeNA, including Chief People Officer responsible for talent acquisition, compensation strategy and culture. As Vice President of Finance and Operations she was responsible for building and managing teams, systems, and processes across various key functions. Christina began her career in Electronic Arts where she was rapidly promoted from Financial Accounting Manager followed by seven subsequent promotions in finance culminating as the Chief Operating Officer, Maxis Studios.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis, cum laude from California State University Long Beach.
