V. Sue Molina
V. Sue Molina, CPA, serves as a member of Adeia Inc.’s Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Molina served as a member of the Board of Directors of Xperi Corporation (the predecessor to Xperi Holding Corporation, prior to the merger with TiVo Corporation in 2020) from February 2018 to May 2020. Ms. Molina previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of DTS, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2016. Ms. Molina worked in public accounting for 27 years and was a Partner at both Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte, she was the National Partner in charge of the Initiative for the Retention and Advancement of Women. Ms. Molina is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Samba TV, a television technology company that offers real-time insights and audience analytics.
Ms. Molina graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting.
